Huge congratulations to our Y4,5 & 6 cross-country runners. Each team of four children ran in relay races at Warwick School last week against nine other school teams.
Our Year 5 and 6 teams finished in highly credible sixth places in their respective races. The Year 4 team, however, won their race, taking the lead with fifteen metres to go on the final leg after a 2,400 metre race. Well done to all the girls who ran in this event and who represented Newburgh with pride and distinction last week.
