Dear Parents/Carers,
What a wonderful response we had to designing the new house shields. All the designers have earnt themselves a house point and the beautiful designs are on display in the main hall. There was a definite theme within many of the designs and we have chosen our new names and creatures based upon this theme. We adapted your designs and have created them digitally so that they can be easily replicated.
Below are our house shields:
The Year 6 children will now be elected democratically for each of the houses and we will let you know who the new House Captains are before half term. The House Captains are then going to sort the whole school into houses by children picking a coloured piece out of the Knights wishing bowl. This will allow the whole school to have an even balance to members of the houses and all the children to feel a special part of our House System.
