IMPORTANT – Activities and clubs in school
May we please advise you that with immediate effect ALL the following clubs and activities run by school are postponed until further notice. Please note that external sports club providers are being contacted today and their decision on whether to run clubs will be relayed by separate communication:
- Girls Choir
- Boys Choir
- Y5 Cooking Club
- Y1, 2 & 3 Chess Club
- Y3 & 4 Athletics Club
- Tile painting for Warwick Hospital (selected children)
- All celebration assemblies & class assemblies (including Reception Pebble assembly)
- Reception Easter decoration making – 26th March 2020
- Football match against Shrubland Street School – 26th March 2020
- Stay and Play pre-school sessions every Tuesday morning
Year 5 swimming – this will take place as normal on Friday afternoon. Should this decision change then we will let you know.
School visits (including residential visits) - we are taking advice from Warwickshire Education Authority and they have stated:
'National guidance has recommended that no international school visits take place. There is no current embargo on trips and visits in the UK. However, all UK trips and visits are subject to the normal risk assessments you would undertake.'
Obviously should the position change on the above then we will let you know.
